We first saw the video through facebook and wondered, what is mayor Anthony Foxx  doing? And what does the piper is coming mean?  As it turns out, the video is part of a publicity campaign  for an upcoming musical called you guessed it, The Pied Piper.  It's by the organization Playing For Others a teen group of artisans, actors and singers who give back through their art to children with disabilities.  Founding member Allison Whitmeyer says she has learned so much about acceptance that it's beyond  what you look like or what you can and can not do it's who you are inside your character a lesson she says she will take with her  forever.
Foxx says he was happy to help the organization.  "We shot something hopefully that was  a little humorous for people but it's way  of creating some buzz about the program their doing and it's the kind of thing I love to do".
