Driver Faces Charges in Fatal Motorcycle Wreck

MATTHEWS, N.C.--The real driver of an SUV involved in a deadly crash last month faces charges.  Alfredo Morales is charged with driving without a license.  Police also say he is an undocumented immigrant. 

Morales was making a U-turn on Independence Boulevard last month when his SUV collided with a speeding motorcycle.  At the time, police were told Morales' wife, Gloria Escobar, was driving.  The two people on the motorcycle died.
