Man Accidentally Plays Adult Movie at Child's Birthday Party

TREMONTON, Utah--Police say they will not file charges against a father who briefing played a pornographic video instead of a kids movie at his child's birthday party. 

Investigators say the man rented "The Smurfs" and tried to project the DVD through his laptop. 

However, pornographic images came up on the screen.  The man contacted police because he thought somebody tampered with the movie he rented but police believe the pornographic images were on the laptop.
