Robbery Suspect Threatened Victims with Staph InfectionSHARON, P.A.--Investigators say a man tried to rob a gambling parlor by threatening to spread a staph infection. Police say 41-year-old Fred Parker walked into an internet cafe and started touching the gambling machines and walls. He told employees he had MRSA. Officials say Parker also threatened to infect the cashier if he did not give him money. Parker left the cafe but was arrested a short time later. |
