CHARLOTTE, NC - UPDATE: On July 28, 2010, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Team arrested Bianca Desiree’ Little on an outstanding warrant for Murder, Attempted Murder, Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon. This makes the 5th arrest in this case.  Ms. Little is currently in the custody of the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office.  This is an active investigation and we are still encouraging anyone with information about this incident to call 704-432-TIPS and speak directly to a Homicide Detective or call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department Homicide Detectives are conducting an investigation into a shooting which left one person deceased and another victim suffering from gunshot wounds.  The incident was reported at 1:37 a.m., on Sunday, July 25, 2010. The victim has not been identified; pending family notification of next of kin, that information is being withheld.

North Tryon Division officers responded to a call for service in reference to someone being shot at Budget Inn at 4330 Old Interstate Road. When officers arrived on scene, they located the victim lying in the hallway suffering from an apparent gunshot wound; he was pronounced on scene.
