Mark Anthony Cox Indicted On 4 ChargesCHARLOTTE, N.C.--The Grand Jury has indicted Mark Anthony Cox for the murder of Danielle Marie Watson. He was also indicted on charges of murder of an unborn child, felonious larceny and robbery with a dangerous weapon. Mark Cox was arrested in connection to a murder at The Flying Biscuit Cafe at The Stonecrest Shopping Center in Charlotte. Watson was the restaurants manager. We learned on Friday that Cox, a convicted felon was not allowed to serve alcohol. The Flying Biscuit Cafe was not cited because Cox did not serve alcohol.
