Woman Tased After Blocking McDonald's Drive Thru

HOPE MILLS, N.C.--Police used a Taser on a North Carolina women after she blocked the drive-thru at McDonald's. 

Cops were called when 37-year-old Evangeline Lucca by-passed the order screen and pulled directly up to the window. 

Employees say they told the woman that she had to go to the back of the line but she refused to leave. 

After a 20 minute standoff she was shocked by police.  She faces trespassing charges. 

Her 3-year-old daughter was also in the car.  The child is now in protective custody.
