HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. - After a terrible 2009, full of negative news about the economy and the future of the country, photographer Kevin Cole decided to do something positive. He created "Get Your Pants On," a campaign designed to inspire people to act on their dreams and passions. He says of the slogan and logo of a stick man, "You gotta get your pants on before you get up and go. That's why my little guy, he's doing this, getting ready to take some action."

Cole's message is spread through tee shirts, decals, hats and even his own pick up truck. The message can be customized like a pancake house that ordered "Get Your Stack on" tee shirts. "Smile, peace and dream are very big for us, they're some of the more popular ones,” says Cole.

"I think people do need hope, they do need inspiration,” says Switzerland transplant Maggie Deller. She says "Get Your Pants on" is motivating her professionally. "I just started my own business as well and just hearing 'you can do it, you can pursue your dreams, you can go after what you desire.' It made me cry, it just kind of hit me right inside,” she says.

"I saw it on the sign and was like 'what in the world company is that right there,' “ says Ranard Brown, an independent investment analyst, which means, he says, "I go behind the financial advisor to make sure they're not taking advantage of you."

After seeing his mother-in-law and father lose their retirement savings due to poor investments, Brown says Cole's "Get Your Pants On" message helps keep him motivated to help other people with their money. "Just like he's an advocate of positive thinking, I'm trying to be an advocate for people who don't have other places to go,” says Brown.

"Get Your Pants On" has even gone Hollywood. Celebs like Chad Ochocinco, Terrell Owens, Jerry Mathers and Omarosa have recently gotten their pants on, too. "It's about encouraging people to hang in there, don't quit, because you could be that close to making it, just don't quit,” says Cole.

10% of the proceeds from the sale of "Get Your Pants on" gear goes to charity. Cole hopes to eventually get that number up to 50%! For more information, go to: www.GetYourPantsOn.com
