Singer and actress Diana DeGarmo, American Idol season 3 runner up, was hanging with Wilson at Chick-fil-A on South Blvd. DeGarmo who was raised in Snelville, Georgia and now resides in Nashville, Tennessee gained overnight fame when, at age 16, she became the runner up on season 3 of American Idol. Since her days on Idol she has spent a lot of time on Broadway. Diana dishes with Wilson about her time on Idol and what she thinks about the new judges for this season. Diana is in town performing in "9 to 5: THE MUSICAL" playing the outrageous Doralee Rhodes. The musical comedy based on the hit movie and the hit song by country singer Dolly Parton is currently playing at Ovens Auditorium. The play is a presentation of North Carolina Blumenthal Performing Arts Center and runs through October 10th.
