Police: Rock Hill Man Spanked Children with ShovelROCK HILL, S.C.--Police say a man in Rock Hill has been arrested for spanking his girlfriend's kids with a shovel. Keyron Hemphill was arrested Sunday night. Cops say a DSS worker told them about the incident. The children told investigators Hemphill spanked them with a shovel used for a fireplace. The children also said he put a knife to their sides. Hemphill has been charged with unlawful conduct towards a child. He is out of jail on a $2,500 bond. |
