What is Red Ventures?INDIAN LAND, SC - Red Ventures is hiring again. By the end of the year, the company expects to hire up to 150 new employees. But, what exactly does the company do? Red Ventures specializes in customer acquisition marketing. That is a combination of marketing and sales.
On the marketing side, employees develop campaigns for web, print, and direct mail for a number of companies. The marketing campaigns attract potential customers, who call the sales center.
“We will market and sell a service like Direct TV, or ADT, or satellite internet, or even Miracle Ear. We help those companies find new customers,” said Executive Vice President Joe Peterson.
Peterson says the company has grown by 50% in the past year because of the services they offer other companies. “This is a time now when many businesses are out there looking for customers, and we present a good option for them,” he said.
The company plans to hire in all departments, but the majority of the positions are sales positions. “We look for people who are assertive, and who are competitive, who have a good spirit about them, and people who really want to make money,” said Sales Director Lorenzo Clark.
Red Ventures is in the process of building a second building as part of the company’s facility in Indian Land, South Carolina.
