Chef Troy is Grilling "On the Fly"CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Chef Troy was put to the test this morning. Our FNR producer made a trip the Fresh Market to purchase a rack of lamb, fennel, wasabi peas and almond butter. Without knowing what he foods he had to work with, Chef Troy hit our Blue Max Terrace grill with his bag of condiments and utensils ready to cook. His final products were roasted lamb crusted with almond butter, roasted fennel with pasta and almond cake with almond icing.
