"Cinnamon" : This Week's Pet ProjectFinding Great Pets, Great HomesCHARLOTTE, N.C. - Cinnamon is a sweet Lab mix, and even though she is petite, she still needs to gain a few pounds. Three year old Cinnamon is good with adults , children and other dogs and cats. She is ready for a new family. The Char-Meck Animal Care & Control will be holding their monthly adoption fair this Saturday, Jan 7th in the Circle Court at SouthPark Mall from 10am until 4pm. The Humane Society of Charlotte and CMPD Animal Care & Control have partnered together to launch their Parnership for Pets-Charlotte program. This program was created to increase the awareness in Charlotte regarding the issues of animal welfare and to get the community engaged in solving the problem of pet overpopulation.
