CHARLOTTE, N.C.--Instead of a roller coaster of love, we have a winter roller coaster to figure out! 

Temperatures this winter have been warmer but it has been our frequent fronts or frequent changes in temperature that is causing more problems this normally chilly season.

Maybe you too have noticed more headaches this winter but are they migraines?

Dr. Sacco says if you have 3 disabling headaches or more a month. . . it is time to take some action.

There are steps each day that can help no matter what kind of weather we are having that day.

Instead of riding the headache roller coaster. . . be prepared for the change and then you can be outside enjoying this warmer winter!
