CHARLOTTE, N.C.  -  When Hissho Sushi CEO Philip Maung arrived in the US in 1989 with only $13 in his pocket, he had a dream of making a new life.  Today, Wilson was with Philip at his 46,000 square foot facility to find out more about the business and his employees.  They gave Wilson a quick class on how to prepare sushi and even named a new sushi roll after Wilson.
