CHARLOTTE, N.C.-  Panthers Pro Bowl linebacker Jon Beason sat down with Bruce to talk about the state of the team,  following 8 days of player-only workouts.  Beason talked about the team's progress and was confident they will improve on last season's record, and he let us know his thoughts on number one draft pick Cam Newton.
